If there are accomplishments in Social Studies that you would like posted to the website, please send a picture and a write-up describing the accomplishment(s)and a brief biography of yourself.

Accomplishments include scholarships and grants you have been awarded, projects you are doing with your class, and great lessons you have taught.

Narrative

Describe how the nominee meets the criteria listed above. You may choose a lesson that you feel exemplifies the criteria, or use a general narrative. The narrative should not exceed three one-sided, single spaced pages, 12 pt. font, one inch margins. The attachment of supplemental materials, evidence of staff development leadership, news articles and community involvement is optional.
